I'm Lisa.

A holistic healer and Licensed Professional Counselor who has spent over 20 years helping women reconnect with what was severed, stolen, or forgotten.

I'm also a transracial adoptee. I know what it feels like to stand in a room full of people and still wonder where you belong. To look in the mirror and see a face that holds stories you were never told. To carry an ache so old you don't even have words for it anymore, just the quiet, persistent feeling that something essential is missing.
