I am a licensed counselor, educator, and transracial adoptee who spent years moving through the world feeling disconnected from my roots, my lineage, and my own sense of belonging.
That journey inward, back toward my ancestors, my culture, and myself, is what H.E.A.L. Path was born from. This is not theoretical work for me. It is personal. It is lived. And it is ongoing.
I created this space for anyone who knows something is missing but has not yet found the language or the community to help them find their way back.
